A media day was held at Graf Ignatievo Air Force Base in relation with the ongoing Joint Air Policing mission between the Bulgarian Air Force and the Spanish Air Force. Four Spanish Eurofighter Typhoon, local name C/CE.16 Tifón, landed in Bulgaria on February 11th and will continue their mission until March 31st 2022. During the media day, we saw a short demonstration by Brigadier General Rusev with MiG-29UB, as well as an alert takeoff of two Spanish fighters.
